The "life fitness" programs offered at Great River Center for Rehabilitation will be the focus of the next edition of PulseBeat, a half-hour newsmagazine produced quarterly by Great River Medical Center.

PulseBeat broadcast times and dates are:

• 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, KHQA (CBS)
• 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, KYOU (FOX)
• 11:30 a.m., 6:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 16, JTV Muscatine
• 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, WQAD (ABC)

Unlike most facilities of its kind, Great River Center for Rehabilitation is not just where people get better after they have been sick or injured. Although the center provides traditional rehabilitation services, such as physical and occupational therapy, PulseBeat will explore its many additional programs that help improve every part of a person’s life, from leisure and athletic activities to the work.
