“The Mount Pleasant Rec Center has always been focused on helping Henry County residents maintain and improve their physical well-being,” said Rec Center Director Ryan Duffie. “By teaming with Great River Health Systems and Henry County Health Center, we can offer the public enhanced opportunities to participate in a wider variety of health-fitness programs.”
As part of this partnership, the Rec Center and health systems will work together to bring other health-fitness programs to the center.
“Besides this beginning core of programs, we’ll look at offering new classes based on our clients’ suggestions,” Duffie said.
